TO BID
Sealed bids for the following will be received by the Town of Pomfret at the Office of the First Selectman, Pomfret Town Hall, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259 until 11:00 AM, Local Prevailing Time, on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
Pave new parking area of approximately 14,000 sf at 628 Mashamoquet Rd Pomfret (at Pomfret Town Garage area Rt. 44). The Bidder will adjust the existing grade as necessary and install geotextile fabric over the area. The Bidder will install a minimum of 8” processed base including final grading and compaction. The Town will pay for the asphalt from All State ( 2” after compaction Class I base, 2” after compaction Class II top coat). The bidder will truck and install the asphalt. There is no curbing.

Sealed bids for the following will be received by the Town of Pomfret at the Office of the First Selectman, Pomfret Town Hall, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259 until 11:00 AM, Local Prevailing Time, on Tuesday, September 3, 2019.
2019 Tractor equipped with 4wd, cab w/heat & AC, swivel seat, safety glass for mowing, 95 hp min. and 80 hp PTO, 4.4 tier 4 compliant 4-cyl engine and multi-use radial tires. Must include warranty. Bidders to also include 22-ft rear cradle boom with 63” flail mower head and four-function joystick control. Must include warranty. Include trade-in value of John Deere, model 6310.
