TOWN OF PUTNAM
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
SEPTEMBER 7, 2021
6:30 PM
The Electors and Citizens qualified to vote in Town meeting of the Town of Putnam, Connecticut, are hereby notified and warned that a Special Town Meeting of said Town will be held at Town of Putnam Municipal Complex, Putnam Town Hall, Conference Room # 112, 200 School Street, Putnam, CT on the 7th of September 2021 at 6:30 o’clock in the evening for the following purpose:
1. To choose a moderator for said meeting.
2. To determine the wishes of those present and eligible to vote upon Amendment of Rehabilitation Area Program Ordinance, originally adopted on February 4, 2002. The list of properties set forth on Exhibit A attached to the ordinance is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:
“All of those pieces or parcels of real property located within the territorial limits of the City of Putnam, as heretofore constituted, also known as the Putnam Special Services District.”
