Stolen car recovered
PUTNAM — Putnam Police Captain Justin Lussier said a car stolen after midnight Dec. 31 from Quinebaug Avenue was recovered. The vehicle stolen was a 2019 Subaru Forester and at the time of the theft it was unlocked with the key fob in the vehicle. The vehicle has been recovered. This investigation remains open.
