'Savor' the winners
PUTNAM — Savor the Flavor, the annual fund-raiser for Daily Bread, announced the winners Sept. 10. The restaurants came up with some amazing pepper dishes, with a mix of savory, sweet, hot and refreshing.
The winners:
People’s Choice: Main Dish – Süt?; Dessert - Main St. Gelato; Beverage - Little Falls Nutrition
Judge’s Choice: Main Dish – first-place - Courthouse Bar and Grille; runner up, Nikki’s Dog House
Dessert – first-place - Main St Gelato; runner up, Sadie’s Sweet Shop
Beverage – first-place - Bear Hands Brewing Company; runner up, Chubby Dog Coffee Co.
