Lube sold

PUTNAM — Cargill Quick Lube was sold to a Farmington LLC Oct. 17 for $2.6 million.
According to town records, Cargill Quick Lube & Car Wash LLC was sold to EXPCT LLC of Farmington. Robert Breault signed for Cargill Quick Lube.
The paperwork shows the parcel, on Rt. 44 in East Putnam, contains 6.033 acres, more or less.
Connecticut Secretary of State records show EXPCT LLC was formed Jan. 24, 2007. Michael J. Ferri is listed as manager and Paul John Ferri Jr. is listed as manager and agent. City government records in New London and Norwalk indicate that EXPCT LLC does business as Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Cargill Quick Lube is currently a Valvoline store.
