Suspect arrested for ‘ghost gun’
PUTNAM — A Dayville man was arrested last week for firearms charges, including a “ghost gun.”
The Putnam Police Department, with help from the Willimantic Police Department, arrested Isiah A. Rock in Willimantic on an arrest warrant and took him into custody without incident. Rock is also the subject of protective orders which prohibit him from possessing any firearms. No additional arrests are expected.
Rock, 24, last known address - Hartford Pike, Dayville was charged with: Sale, delivery or transfer of pistol, sale, or transfer of firearm to a person under 21, manufacturing a firearm, criminal possession of a pistol, two counts of violation of protective order. Ferace added all accused are innocent until proven guilty.
