PUTNAM — The company set to build a cannabis retail facility on Park Road was given the green light by the town’s Inland Wetlands Commission recently.
The Craft Group LLC of Dudley received the OK from Inland Wetlands for activity “in upland review area associated with construction of retail building activities including parking lot, septic system, building and storm water basin” at 3 Park Road.
The property is owned by Vista Holdings LLC and is next to Heritage Valley Ford, formerly Putnam Ford. Vista Holdings LLC was incorporated Oct. 23, 2020, and the principal is listed as Jacob Dykeman.
J & D Civil Engineers of Thompson estimated there would be zero work in the wetlands on the property. The property is zoned commercial/industrial. In its project narrative, J & D said Craft Group proposes building a cannabis retail store in the open field on the south side of Heritage Valley Ford. The building will be about 3,500 square feet and will have a 29-space parking lot. The firm proposed a low-impact drainage design technique.
Craft Group LLC lists its managers as Jenna Androlewicz and Jonathan Androlewicz. They are also listed as members of Fish Road, LLC with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Cannabis Control Commission.
That LLC received approval for a marijuana establishment on Fish Road in Dudley in 2021. They are approved for indoor cultivation, Tier 6/indoor (40,001 to 50,000 sq. ft.)
The Massachusetts commission listed the following individuals as part of Fish Road, LLC: Jonathan Androlewicz (person having direct/indirect control/capital contributor), Richard Androlewicz (person having direct/indirect control/capital contributor). Those listed with direct/indirect control include: Jenna Androlewicz, Joseph Villatico, Rhett Jordan, Jason Villatico, Malcolm Beers and David Lahar.
