Putnam American Legion Post #13  commander Ronald P. Coderre, center, receives a special recognition pin on behalf of the membership from American Legion Department of Connecticut Sr. Vice Commander Lou Robinson.  Post #13 reached a new membership level of 121 members, only one of three Posts in District #4 to surpass 100 percent.  District #4 Commander John Hurchala looks on in the background.
