Monday: Crispy chicken chipotle ranch flatbread sandwiches. Tuesday: Tex Mex beef tacos, Spanish rice, black beans, Mexicali corn. Wednesday: Hot dogs with fixings, cole slaw. Thursday: Roasted BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots. Friday: Pizza, cucumber and tomato salad.
