NORWICH — Nicholas K. Fortson, president and CEO of CorePlus Federal Credit Union announced that Jodie Bartnicki has been hired as the credit union’s Human Resources Manager. Jodie has vast experience in the financial services industry, holding positions of Vice President of Sales and Service, Vice President of Marketing and positions in corporate Accounting. Jodie held the position of President of the Eastern Chapter of Connecticut Credit Unions, and is a CUNA Management School graduate. Bartnicki brings over 20 years of experience in corporate management as a successful team leader in both profit and non-profit organizations.
Bartnicki holds a master’s in Industrial and organizational psychology from the University of New Haven, providing her with applied knowledge of workplace interventions and critical issues in the business environment including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance. She currently holds a PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to SHRM, Jodie is a board member of Human Resource Leadership Association (HRLA) and the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychologists (SIOP). Additionally, she is a Meyers-Briggs personality assessment practitioner.
