Job Well Done
The town of Putnam honored David Sullivan, right, with a plaque. Sullivan  was a member of the Putnam Arts Council since September 2020 and chair since 2023. He’s moving from Putnam. Mayor Barney Seney presented the plaque. Laura Moorehead, with Elaine Turner, will serve as Co-Chairs with elections in January.
