The Town of Putnam Inland Wetland Commission held a hybrid meeting on September 10, 2025, at 7:00 P.M at the Municipal Complex in Community Room 201 located on the second floor.  The following action was taken:
 
Application # 2025-05  112 Old Road, Don DiCostanzo, lot storage, heavy truck & trailer repair, two 10,000 s.f. buildings. Project includes construction of access drive within an upland review area.  APPROVED

Application #  2025-06  281 Liberty Highway, Bruce and Kathy Elliott, installation of a stormwater system. CONDITIONAL APPROVAL.
