Pomfret’s final Annual Town-Wide Tag Sale is May 2
POMFRET — The town’s 20th and final Annual Town-Wide Tag Sale will start at 7 a.m. May 2 with the purchase of a sale map. 
Purchase a printed map for $2 at Pomfret Community School or at the Christ Church. Popular fund-raisers include The Friends of Pomfret Public Library used book sale, 8 AM to 2 PM at the Library and the 4-H camp’s indoor/outdoor sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 1 and 2.  Many of the sales benefit local organizations and charities.
You can also TEEG and the Pomfret Food Pantry by dropping items at Pomfret Community Center for the PPA’s First Saturday collection, 9 - 11 AM.
The 2025 sale donated nearly $2,000 to the Pomfret Recreation Commission, the Pomfret Historical Society, the Pomfret Power Packs, and the Pomfret Community School. Consult your map for tag-sale locations and item descriptions.  For info: 860-974-1583.
