Emil Suhammel 31, Pomfret; traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane.
Nicholas Jon Holmes, 44, South Main Street, Putnam; disorderly conduct.
