Visiting
Two vice principals from China are visiting Woodstock Academy. Left to right: Translator Hui Wang; Bi Shujuan; Superintendent Headmaster Kim Caron; Nie Zhongqin; Merry Burke, diversity coordinator at the academy. The principals said they look forward to learning the educational operating system, teaching methods and ways to operate whole schools. They hope to bring information on the Chinese culture and the educational reforms that have taken place in China. This is the third year of Connecticut's exchange with the Shandong Province and the academy has "twinned" with a school in China and students and teachers from the academy are going to China in 2011.
