The Town of Putnam Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on March 16, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT. A public hearing will be held on the following:
Appeal # 2010-01: Smith Brothers Tube & Tire -- Appeal from the Decision of the Zoning Agent and the Zoning Commission dated December 16, 2009 conditioning the issuance of a Building Permit for a new sign to be placed at 169 Providence Pike. Town Assessor's Map 103, Lot 50 Zoned C-4.
Appeal # 2010-02: Michaela Davis -- Request for a variance from the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations Section 720 from 24 seats to a capacity of up to 90 seats. Property located at 170 Providence Street. Town Assessor's Map 8, Lot 165. Zoned C-2.
