Appeal # 2010-01: Smith Brothers Tube & Tire -- Appeal from the Decision of the Zoning Agent and the Zoning Commission dated December 16, 2009 conditioning the issuance of a Building Permit for a new sign to be placed at 169 Providence Pike. Town Assessor's Map 103, Lot 50 Zoned C-4.
Appeal # 2010-02: Michaela Davis -- Request for a variance from the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations Section 720 from 24 seats to a capacity of up to 90 seats. Property located at 170 Providence Street. Town Assessor's Map 8, Lot 165. Zoned C-2.

Town Meeting
March 18, 2010
The Electors and Citizens qualified to vote in the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam, Connecticut, are hereby notified and warned that a Town Meeting of said Town will be held at Putnam Middle School Auditorium, 35 Wicker Street, Putnam, Connecticut, on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at 7:30 o'clock in the evening for the following purposes:
1. To choose a moderator for said meeting.
2. To determine the wishes of those present and eligible to vote at Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam on the following proposed Resolution:
RESOLVED, By the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam that the Town of Putnam Water Pollution Control Authority is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Connecticut Water to provide additional water resources to Putnam. Pursuant to the provisions of the Town Charter, Chapter VI, Subsection 16 all charges and expenses arising from said agreement shall be borne by the users of the system. A copy of the draft agreement is on file in the offices of the Putnam Water Pollution Control Authority, Municipal Building, 126 Church Street, Putnam, Connecticut, and available for public inspection during normal business hours.
