PUTNAM — The Putnam Stop & Shop Supermarket on Rt. 44 recently donated $150 to the Putnam Little League to sponsor their 2010 season. The contribution from Stop & Shop supports the Little League by reducing registration fees to a minimum level, assists with the purchase of equipment and uniforms and maintenance of the playing field.
