Jennifer Thompson, whose last known residence was in the Town of Putnam, CT 06260.
Pursuant to an order of Hon. Leah Schad, Judge, a hearing will be held at Northeast Regional Children’s Probate District, 69 South Main St., Suite #23, Brooklyn, CT 06234 on March 11, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
On an application for Termination of Parental Rights concerning a certain minor child born on August 3, 2004. The court’s decision will affect your interest, if any, as in said application on file more fully appears.
RIGHT TO COUNSEL: If the above-named person wishes to have an attorney, but is unable to pay for one, the court will provide an attorney upon proof of inability to pay. Any such request should be made immediately by contacting the court office where the hearing is to be held.

Town Meeting
MARCH 7, 2011
The Electors and Citizens qualified to vote in the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam, Connecticut, are hereby notified and warned that a Town Meeting of said Town will be held at the Putnam Middle School in the Auditorium, Israel Putnam Way, Putnam, Connecticut on Monday, March 7, 2011, at 7:30 in the evening for the following purposes:
1. To choose a moderator for said meeting.
2. To determine the wishes of those present and eligible to vote at Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam upon the following proposed Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam that the Mayor and Board of Selectmen are hereby authorized to purchase a certain tract or parcel of land known as 15 Keech Street, consisting of 3.5 acres, be the same more or less, with the armory building on it, being more particularly shown on the Town Assessor’s Map as Map 15, Lot 2 and being the former Putnam National Guard Armory. The price for the purchase of said armory shall be $500.00. The Mayor and Board of Selectmen are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents required by the State of Connecticut in order to obtained conveyance of the aforementioned property.
