Happy birthday
PUTNAM — March 29 family members wished Theodore Messier Sr. of Putnam a happy 96th birthday.
He was born March 29, 1915, in Putnam and was very active in local community affairs serving as Past Grand Knight, Knighs of Columbus Cargill Council Putnam, He recently retired after 40 years as the active treasurer for the Knights.
His children include: Ted Messier Jr. of Putnam, Carol Rodrigues of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Robert Messier of Manchester.
