WOODSTOCK — The recent fall food and fuel drives raised nearly $3,500 for Woodstock residents. Firefighters raised nearly $3,500 and collected more than six boxes of food for low-income Woodstock residents as part of the “Woodstock Helping Woodstock” initiative.Food items were given to Daily Bread. 
Future events include an Election Day food and fuel drive from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 8 during elections at the Town Hall and the annual Firefighters’ Toy Drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 12 at the Woodstock Volunteer Fire Association on Route 169.  Toys are needed for children from infants to teens.For more info, call 928-0208, ext. 336.
