PUTNAM --- A baby girl, EmilyRose Marie Kettle was the Quiet Corner's first baby of the year, arriving at 3:13 a.m. Jan. 1, 2012.
She was born at Day Kimball Hospital and was delivered by Dr. Erica Kesselman, weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz.
She is the daughter of Trisha Labbe and Kevin Kettle of Danielson.
Being the first born baby in 2012, Kettle’s parents were presented with gifts from Day Kimball Healthcare and items donated from local businesses.
Contributions included gift cards, gift certificates, clothing and a stuffed bear with a shirt that read, “Special Delivery, Born at Day Kimball Hospital.”
Generous donors included Putnam Bank, The Citizens National Bank, Verrilli’s Bakery, the Day Kimball Hospital Woman’s Board Gift Shop, the new Putnam Healthcare Center and Portraits by Nan.
