PUTNAM — St. Mary’s Church on Providence Street will hold an All-Day Reconciliation Service March 24 for Catholics in the greater northeastern Connecticut area.
In this season of Lent, no matter how long it’s been since your last Confession, you are welcome at St. Mary’s Church any time from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on March 24.
This year 10 priests from northeastern Connecticut and nearby Massachusetts will be helping; two priests will be hearing confessions at all times throughout the day. Both screen and face-to-face options will be available. Written guides to confession will be provided and volunteers will be on hand to answer your questions.
Priests’ schedules:
8 to 10 a.m.: Fr. Damian Tomiczek, confessional 1; Fr. David Choquette (8-9) confessional 2; Fr. Leon Susaimanickam (9 to 10) confessional 2
10 a.m. to noon: Fr. John Hanley, confessional 1; Fr. Roger Couture, confessional 2
noon to 2 p.m.: Fr. Chuck LeBlanc, confessional 1; Fr. Gregory Chodkowski (noon to 1), confessional 2; Fr. Elson (1 to 2), confessional 2.
2 to 3:45 p.m.: Fr. Dominic, confessional 1; Fr. Tony DiMarco (1:30 to 3:45 p.m.), confessional 2.
