Congressman Joe Courtney visited Westview Health Care Center in Dayville. Administrators from other long-term care facilities also gathered at Westview to meet Courtney and discuss the recent 11.1 percent Medicare reimbursement cut, the State Medicaid reimbursement program shortfall, the increase in provider tax on all Connecticut nursing homes and the future of health care reform.
