The Electors of the West Putnam District and those citizens qualified to vote in said District meetings, are hereby notified and warned that the Annual Meeting of said District will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Municipal Complex Town Hall, Community Room 112, 200 School Street, Putnam, Connecticut.
The meeting is being held for the following purposes:
1. Treasurer’s Report
2. To adopt a budget for the coming fiscal year
3. To elect officers and directors for the coming fiscal year
4. To do any other business proper to come before said meeting

The Town of Putnam Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid meeting on May 20, 2025, at 7:00 P. M. in Room 201 at the Putnam Municipal Complex, located at 200 School Street, Putnam, CT. A public hearing will be held on the following:
Appeal #2025-01 Mark & Lori Brodeur request for a height variance of 6.5’ feet to increase the height of a 2 story 20’ x 30’ barn/shed with a gambrel roof from the required 15 feet to 21.5’ feet. The property is located at 379 Woodstock Avenue, Town Assessors Map 002, Lot 10, Zoned R-10.

EMS Manufactured Facility: The Town of Putnam, Connecticut will receive sealed bids for Emergency Medical Services’ New Double-Wide Manufactured Facility project until 11:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in the Mayor’s Office, at the Municipal Complex at 200 School Street, Putnam, Connecticut, 06260 after which no bids will be accepted and at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Conference Room 109.
Work under this contract includes procurement and installation of a HUD-certified 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom double-wide manufactured home (mobile home), including site work, concrete foundation, utility connections and related appurtenances; to be installed and ready for use by EMS personnel at the Town’s 191 Church Street, Putnam, CT property.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will take place on at 10:00 a.m. on May 22, 2025, starting at the Municipal Complex.
