Appreciation
Mayor Barney Seney and Selectwoman Gloria Marion presented Certificates of Appreciation to Scouts Will Chartier (Troop 25), Will Bates (Troop 25), and Julius Lang (Troop 66, in absentia). The Boy Scouts took part in a 250th anniversary tree planting project at the Putnam Municipal Complex.
