PUTNAM — March 25 a Putnam man was arrested on drug charges after a lengthy investigation by the Putnam Police Department.
Daniel Cutler, 29, of 77B Van den Noort Street, was charged: possession of narcotics/heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, interfering with police.
