The American Legion District #4 recently awarded a $1000 scholarship to Alexander Nachtigall who graduated from Tourtellotte Memorial High School in June. Nachtigall, who was valedictorian of his class, will attend Norwich University in Northfield, Vt., September. He will study aeronautics and propulsion. Nachtigall, left, is pictured with Ronald P.
