Joseph McKinney, 34, Woodstock Avenue, Putnam; operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to provide ID and giving a false name on motor vehicle stop, improper use of high beam lights, failure to have functioning headlights.

Getting Started

More than $13,000 was raised at the 2022 Putnam Lions Volleyball Challenge fund-raiser recently.
The money will benefit the 40-plus organizations to which the Putnam Lions Club donates. These funds were distributed during the club’s annual Night of Giving.
The Corporate Division competes for a cash prize and a travelling trophy and the winning team was the Vertically Challenged team.
