The book is the first in a series called Jig Gets Lost. It’s written for emerging readers. Kneeland said she wrote this book for her two grandchildren who happen to be learning to read. She said she hopes they will learn to love reading as much as she does. Kneeland will be doing a book signing from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 29 at Heart & Home on Main Street in Danielson.
