Monday Blue and Tuesday White: Spaghetti, broccoli, fruit. Wednesday Blue – early dismissal: Mozzarella sticks, marinara sauce, corn, fruit. No school Thursday or Friday – Thanksgiving. There will be a meal pick up from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25 in the middle school parking lot instead of Friday, Nov 27.
Putnam High
Monday Blue and Tuesday White: Clipper burgers or spicy chicken sandwiches. Wednesday Blue – early dismissal: Pizza or homemade calzone. Thursday and Friday – no school – Thanksgiving.
Pomfret Community
Fresh fruit and veggies served all week. Monday: Pizza. Tuesday: Turkey, gravy. Wednesday: Grilled cheese sandwiches. Thursday & Friday: No school.

Bridge Open
The Woodstock Avenue bridge opened Nov. 11 “precisely 102 years after the signing of the Armistice ending the “Great World War” in 1918,” according to Putnam Mayor Barney Seney. “Thanks to all who worked so hard to complete this project on time!
