Reval update
PUTNAM — The current revaluation data collection schedule has been updated.
Reval continues on some residential properties and the tax assessor’s office has added any commercial or industrial properties due to be inspected during this revaluation cycle. This includes apartment buildings consisting of five units or more. Commercial or industrial property owners that wish to verify if they are being inspected this cycle can contact the assessor’s office.
The revaluation staff is still on the following streets for residential properties: Gary School Rd, Harrisville Rd, Kelsies Way, Mantup Rd, Modock Rd, Peake Brook Rd, Pomfret St, Quinebaug Ave, Richmond Rd, River Rd, Sabin St, Senexet Rd, St James Pl, Town Farm Rd, Underwood Rd, West Thompson Rd, Woodstock Ave and West Woodstock Ave.
The revaluation staff currently working are: David Boast, driving a black Chevy Impala with RI plate #MC437; and Monique Newcomb, driving a black Toyota Prius with CT plate #250WRJ. These individuals have identification and a letter of introduction on with them at all times.

The YMCA of Greater Hartford welcomed Thomas Borner to its Board of Directors. New officers
The Putnam Rotary Regional Interact Club recently inducted its new president, Seth Kelly. Kate LeBlanc, 2017- 2018 president, passed the gavel to Seth with Rotary President, Rick Place presiding at the ceremony. The club’s projects included bell ringing for the Salvation Army and participating in Relay For Life. Kelley said he would like to continue with these project but his goal is to recruit new members. In addition, Roberta Rocchetti, Interact advisor, presented Rotary Exchange Student Shiho Nakanishi with a Distinguished Service Citation for her participation in many of the Interact community service project. The Putnam Regional Interact Club meets the second and fourth Tuesdays at the Hale YMCA September through May. Local students ages 12 -18 are welcome.
