Van Le, 49, Englewood Avenue, Worcester; third-degree assault.
Rene Martel, 41, Old Danielson Pike, Foster, RI; interfering with a police officer, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance.
Oct. 31
Michael Ponak, 82, Brooklyn Road, Pomfret Center; failure to grant right of way.
Angela Burchill, 34, Cedar Street, New Bedford, Mass.; violation of a protective order, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s permission.
Nov. 1
Eric Brewster, 40, Smith Street, Putnam; criminal possession of a firearm.
Nov. 2
Mark Therrien, 36, Brookside Avenue, Worcester; failure to drive right, operating under the influence.
Nov. 4
Jasmine Cameron, 24, Tiffany Street, Brooklyn; speeding.

Robert Blais Jr., 57, Van den Noort Street, Putnam; operating under suspension, failure to have rear plate illuminated, failure to carry registration.
BROOKLYN — A Brooklyn man was arrested Nov. 1 after warrants were executed against him and his residence.
Joseph Delcastillo, 29, of #3 Quebec Square, was charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and interfering with a police officer.
Sept. 14 Connecticut State Police executed two search and seizure warrants for Delcastillo and seized crack cocaine packaged for sale and Delcastillo was arrested and charged with several narcotics related offences.
Delcastillo appeared in Danielson Superior Court the next day and was released on a promise to appear.
On Oct. 4 Troop D QLTF Troopers encountered Delcastillo on the corner of Elm Street and South Main Street in Brooklyn where they suspected he was dealing crack cocaine.
After speaking with him and patting him down, Delcastillo was released from the scene.
Shortly after, Troopers found crack cocaine on the ground where Delcastillo had been standing.
Troopers went to his home to arrest him but he ran.
Troopers received approval for an arrest warrant for Delcastillo for the charge of possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell.
Nov. 1 troopers waited for Delcastillo to depart his residence so they could arrest him.
He struggled to escape when troopers attempted to put handcuffs on him.

WOODSTOCK — The Three C’s (Community Cultural Committee of NECT Inc.) is celebrating its 34th Season. During the 2017-2018 Season they will present shows that are educational, yet fun, at the Center for the Arts at The Woodstock Academy on Rt. 169.
Dec. 5 at 10 a.m., children in grades K – 3 will see Chicken Dance, performed by Arts Power. The show is based on a book by Tammi Sauer and Dan Santat, which received the Gold Medal from National Parenting Publications. Two music-loving chickens enter the barnyard contest, hoping to win tickets to see Elvis Poultry in concert. www.ArtsPower.org.
On March 28 grades 3 – 9 , will see history come alive through dance, dialogue and period songs in Freedom Train, the inspiring story of the Underground Railroad run by Harriet Tubman. The show is performed by Theatreworks USA.org. One of the underground stops was at Friendship Valley, here in Brooklyn.
Laughter and diversity are ingredients of the undersea story of Nugget and Fang based on Tammy Sauer’s picture book. Performed by Arts Power. Students in grades K – 3, will be delighted to see this on June 5 .
