WILLIMANTIC — Feb. 20 the Music Program at Eastern Connecticut State University presented the first concert held in Eastern’s new state-of-the art Fine Arts Instructional Center (FAIC). The historical concert, comprised of Eastern students, faculty, staff and local community members, was one of the first to combine nearly every vocal and instrumental ensemble, making it a truly collaborative performance. Among the performers was Halie Poirier ’17 of Putnam, who sings in Eastern Chamber Singers. Poirier majors in Music and New Media Studies.

OSUBA AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS, CLAIMING OR WHO MAY CLAIM, ANY RIGHTS, TITLE, INTEREST OR ESTATE IN OR LIEN OR ENCUMBRANCE UPON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS COMPLAINT, ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM OR POSSIBLE CLAIM BE VESTED OR CONTINGENT.
The Plaintiff has named as defendant, THE WIDO, HEIRS AND/OR CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF JOSE A. OSUBA, and all unknown persons, claiming or who may claim, any rights, title, interest or estate in or lien or encumbrance upon the property described in this Complaint, adverse to the Plaintiff, whether such claim or possible claim can be vested or contingent, if not living, as a party defendant(s) in the complaint which it is bringing to the above-named Court seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage upon premises known as 492 Windham Rd., Windham, CT 06280.

Now, Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that notice of the institution of this action be given to said THE WIDOW, HEIRS AND/OR CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF JOSE A. OSUBA and all unknown persons, claiming or who may claim, any rights, title, interest or estate in or lien or encumbrance upon the property described in this Complaint, adverse to the Plaintiff, whether such claim or possible claim can be vested or contingent, by some proper officer causing a true and attested copy of this Order of Notice to be published in THE PUTNAM TOWN CRIER & NORTHEAST LEDGER, once a week for 2 successive weeks, commencing on or before April 14, 2016, and that return of such service be made to this Court.
