PUTNAM — The Putnam Facilities Study Committee Invites the community to an open public meeting to discuss the Putnam Armory at 7 p.m. May 4 in the Putnam Middle School cafeteria. The committee wants to gather the community’s ideas of what the armory should or could be used for.
