Zoning Commission
The Town of Putnam Zoning Commission held a meeting on May 18, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT. The following action was taken:
Docket # 2011-01: David Dinerman — Request for a zone change for property located at 51 Pomfret Street most recently occupied by the Furniture Place and Calli Salon be placed into the Industrial Heritage Overlay District (IHOD) for purposes of future development for retail and commercial use. Town Assessor’s Map 015, Lot 058. Zoned C-3. Public hearing continued to June 15, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.
Docket # 2011-02: Rawson Materials, Inc. — Request for a Special Permit to conduct sand and gravel removal according to Article XII of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations. Property located at 86A Town Farm Road and 99 Town Farm Road. Town Assessor’s Maps 118 & 117, Lots 15 & 19. Zoned AG-2. APPROVED.
