Heritage Day
EASTFORD --- The town of Eastford will hold its annual Heritage Day today, starting with a road race at 8 a.m. and running all day with various events throughout the town. All welcome.

Open House
CANTERBURY --- The Canterbury Historical Society will host a one-room Green District School open house for Connecticut's Annual Open House day, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The school is next to the First Congregational Church  on Library Road. Free.

Benefit Concert
PUTNAM --- Particle Accelerator V, the fifth annual benefit concert, will be held from noon to 11 p.m. at Rotary Park. Spaghetti Supper

Benefit Concert
PUTNAM --- The Cargill Council 64 Knights of Columbus, the Daughters of the Holy Spirit and Catholic Financial Life Chapter 52 Union St. – St. Jean Baptiste will present Franco-American singer and songwriter Josee Vachon at an outdoor concert at 3:30 p.m. at the Daughters of the Holy Spirit Provincial House on Church Street.
