WILLIMANTIC --- Jonathan Goodwin of Woodstock Valley, a senior, was named as a winner at the Annual Excellence Expo at the Eastern Connecticut State University's 11th Annual Excellence Expo. He is majoring in Business Information Systems and presented a project in Database and Website Management.
