The Town of Putnam Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a meeting on February 21, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT. A public hearing will be held on the following:
Appeal # 2012-003: Putnam TSC. LLC — Request for a variance from Section 1111 “Minimum Off-Street Parking Requirements” of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for the reduction of the required 55 parking spaces down to 25 parking spaces for a proposed restaurant. Property located at 97 Providence Pike. Town Assessor’s Map 026, 055. Zoned C-4.
