Clippers fall
NEW HAVEN --- The Putnam Clippers fell to Capital Prep 55-18 Feb. 22 in New Haven. Capital Prep put full court pressure on the Clippers and the Clippers turned the ball over 14 times in the first half to trail 33-8 at halftime. Putnam fought hard in the second half but the final score ended with a 55-18 Capital Prep victory. Capital played Parish Hill Feb. 25 in the finals of the CSC. Putnam was lead by Ashley Espinosa with eight points. The Clippers fall to 16-6.
