Arts Forum
DANIELSON --- The CT Office of the Arts will host another "New Direction" forum from 3 to 5 p.m. at QVCC. The state recently announced the development of new grant guidelines for 2013. These forums have been an opportunity for constituents to be involved in developing "Creative Placemaking" ideas and identify opportunities for partnerships between the arts & cultural sectors and other public and private community sectors. Pet Can Drive
DAYVILLE --- Pet Pals Northeast, a local animal rescue organization, will be collecting redeemable bottles and cans to help homeless and needy animals in our communities from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wibberley Tire, junction of routes 12 and 101.
