The Putnam Rotary Club donated $500 to the Richard Franklin Memorial Fund. Paul Pikora, club president elect, gave the check to Suzanne Franklin, a Putnam Rotarian. Richard Franklin was also a Putnam Rotarian. Linda Lemmon photo.
