The Putnam Rotary Club was recently honored with several special Rotary International District 7890 awards. The Open Heart (for individual Rotarians) went to Gary and Karen Osbrey, left; and Pam Brown, center, and Paul Pikora (not pictured). Club President Cynthia Dunne, far right, accepted the Governor’s Crystal Citation on behalf of the entire club. The Interact Club and the Rotaract Club were both honored by a Rotary International Award for a club, The Changemaker.
