Town of Pomfret
A certified list of Democratic party-endorsed candidates for the Town of Pomfret for election as Registrar of Voters and Justices of the Peace are on file in my office at Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT  06259, and copies thereof are available for public distribution not late than the fourteenth day following the close of the town committee meeting, caucus or convention which make the endorsement. 
A Primary will be held August 14, 2012, if the required primary petition(s) for opposition candidate(s) if filed, pursuant to Sections 9-382 to 9-450 of the Connecticut General Statutes, not later than 4:00 p.m. on June 12, 2012.  For Justices of the Peace, a petition form with candidates numbering at least a bare majority of the number of justices of the peace to be nominated by such party in the municipality must be filed.  Petition forms, instructions and information concerning the procedures for filing of opposing candidacies, including schedules, may be obtained from:

A certified list of Republican party-endorsed candidates for the Town of Putnam for election as         Registrar of Voters and Justices of the Peace will be on file in my office at 126 Church Street, Putnam, Connecticut, and copies thereof are available for public distribution not later than the fourteenth day following the close of the town committee meeting, caucus or convention which made the endorsement.
