Last basketball season Dayshon Smith from the Bronx decided to attend Putnam Science Academy following the closure Brother Rice High School in New York. The move proved to be beneficial for Smith in many ways.
On the basketball court Smith demonstrated why he was a legitimate college prospect by being the go-to guy for coach Tom Espinosa’s Mustangs.
