PUTNAM — Diane R. Stephens has been promoted to mortgage loan 0fficer and assistant vice president of the Citizens National Bank.
During her 25-year career at the bank, Stephens has experienced a full range of banking responsibilities. Starting as a loan clerk, she has progressively been a teller, customer service representative, assistant branch manager, manager of the Putnam Office, and most recently, consumer loan officer.
As mortgage loan officer, she will concentrate on meeting the credit needs of the bank’s customers who may be financing their first home, building a new home with the help of a construction loan, or re-financing their current mortgage.
Stephens is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College, in Williamstown, Mass., and she has earned several diplomas from the Center for Financial Training. She is an affiliate member of the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors. Ms. Stephens and her husband live in Putnam.
