PUTNAM — Earl R. Withers Jr. has been promoted to the position of senior vice president, Branch Administration & Business Development, of The Citizens National Bank.
In this position Withers plans and directs operations for all retail banking offices. In addition, he is charged with maintaining a sourcing and development plan for existing and potential clients to promote banking services and sales.
Withers has been employed in the banking field since 1981, and joined the bank in June 2011. He attended the State University of New York at Brockport and Empire State College.
Withers also carries the responsibilities of security officer and facilities manager for the bank. He is an active member of Putnam Business Association.
He and his wife, Pamela, live in Danielson.
