PUTNAM — A 26-year-old Webster man was arrested June 20 on several drug related charges.
Members of the Putnam Police Department, assisted by members of the Webster Police Department, the Connecticut State Police Quality of Life Task Force at Troop D, and the Connecticut Statewide Narcotics Task Force- East, were involved in the arrest.
Dimitrios Gatsongiannis of 19 Linwood St., was charged by Putnam Police with possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and risk of injury to a minor.
Police report that a quantity of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and cash was seized and that at the time of the incident a child was present in the vehicle.
