'Artful' donation
PUTNAM — Weiss & Hale Financial, LLC recently held an Open House Reception to meet local oil and watercolor artist Jane Collins. The event was a charity double-header - the local financial services firm donated $10 to Daily Bread for every guest who arrived with a canned good, while the artist, Jane Collins, donated 10 percent of her sales that day to The One Fund - Boston 2013, “formed to assist victims and families affected by the tragic events at the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013.”
