PUTNAM — Rick Panczyk, desktop support technician II, has been named employee of the month for August at Day Kimball Healthcare.
Panczyk joined DKH in 2007. In his position as a desktop support technician II, he is responsible for repairing, replacing, configuring, and installing workstations, including desktop and laptop computers. Panczyk’s duties include installing network printers, and creating new user and email accounts. This position requires periods when Panczyk is “on-call” 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Panczyk, who has earned Microsoft certifications in network administration and Windows server administration, lives in Dudley, with his wife Caitlyn, and two daughters, Emma and Olivia.
